Can I convert dedicated ssl ips to sni?

    If you have centos 6 then yes. My suggestion will be Add all non ssl sites to main shared ip and then move all ssl domains to another ip and you can remove all the other ip's from your server. You can do this simply from the below section in whm [LIST]

    I have centos 7. Do I have to make anything with ssl settings?

    Normally Nothing else . If you see any issues in ssl, just reinstall the cert and everything should be fine
