Exim notifications on certain events

Hi guys, I am administrating a dedicated server with two corporate websites as well as critical web application that may send quite a lot of email everyday. My problem is, sometimes, emails are deferred or cannot be sent for various reasons. For instance, if the sales team send emails to someone I need to know right away if the email is deferred because the STMP server got our IP address in its spam list so I can do what needs to be done to fix it as fast as possible. At the moment I wait for someone to have a problem and I then go for log and report digging, which I would like to avoid with an email notification sent to me as soon as such issue happen. Do you have any idea if this is possible and if yes, how? Thanks
