Loop from non-www domain to www

Hi I need create a redirect from but when try do it show this
There was an error adding the redirect. Redirecting "" to "http://www.example.com.mx/" will cause a redirection loop because "http://example.com.mx/", which is located at "/home/examplecommx/public_html/", is above "http://www.example.com.mx/", which is located at "/home/examplecommx/public_html/"
If make the redirect in htaccess file the URL changed to
example.com.mx/home/examplecommx/public_html/example.com.mx/home/examplecommx/public_html/example.com.mx/home/examplecommx/public_html/example.com.mx/home/examplecommx/public_html/example.com.mx/home/examplecommx/public_html/example.com.mx/home/examplecommx/public_html/example.com.mx/home/examplecommx/public_html/example.com.mx/home/examplecommx/public_html/example.com.mx/home/examplecommx/public_html/example.com.mx/home/examplecommx/public_html/example.com.mx/home/examplecommx/public_html/example.com.mx

  Hello, Could you verify how you are adding the redirect? Is this through the "Redirects" option in cPanel, or with a custom .htaccess rule? Thank you.
