    Hello :), Have you checked junk folder of your outlook account ? And please provide here full mail logs of 1bmzYF-0006Up-19 ID from your server.
    grep 1bmzYF-0006Up-19 /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Also, I will suggest you please check your mail IP status. Might be your mail IP address is blacklisted in spam databases and due to that you are facing this mail issues with the outlook

    Actually i've check it with mxtoolbox.com, and the result is good. My IP hasn't been blacklisted, maybe because it's still new. The thing that make me very confuse is there is no report or error message and when i check message queue in WHM there is no email that's been queue or frozen. And yes i've check the junk mail folder, and my message isn't there. Any idea? Anyway thanks 24x7server for the help! :)

    Just FYI, I've reported this problem to Outlook.com Support, and they said that my IP is suspicious. That's why they mark it as spam. But right now they already remove my ip from their blacklist database and i should wait max of 24-48 Hours. Thank you guys! :)
