AutoSSL: what does "Create a new registration with the provider" mean/do?

Hi All, Can anyone explain in more detail what the checkbox "Create a new registration with the provider" actually means/does? See attached screenshot. I've found somewhere that says something like "if this is the first time you're running AutoSSL on the server then you should tick that box", but that doesn't really explain whether I *actually* need to, and what are the pros/cons of doing so, if any.   Hello, This is for resetting the server's registration for Let's Encrypt if there's some kind of corruption, compromise, or expiration of the license. You don't have to check that box unless you are experiencing an issue with Let's Encrypt issuing certificates to your server. Let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you.
