Error with cPanel Forums

Hello forum mods. I would like to bring to your attention that there currently is an issue with the forum CAPTCHA verification when trying to reset a password. I've tested this error on both Chrome & Firefox and both give the same issue. When you are prompted to enter your username/email and answer the question below you get an error saying "cPanel Forums - Error - You did not complete the CAPTCHA verification properly. Please try again." I've tried answered the captcha multiple times (with the right answer) but always got the same error. Thank you!

  Hello, I've been unable to reproduce the issue. When faced with the challenge question, I enter the correct word, and it proceeds to: cPanel Forums A password reset request has been emailed to you. Please follow the instructions in that email.
  Could you verify if this is still happening, and if so, is it possible the answer you are entering is spelled differently? Thanks!

  Hi Michael, I just tried it again from another computer using Google Chrome. The question was " You use this to surf the web... comp?" The answer that I entered in this example was computer. After submitting this answer i get the same "You did not complete the CAPTCHA verification properly. Please try again."

  The answer that I entered in this example was computer.

  
  It's asking to complete the word. Thus, you would enter the following in that example: puter
