Email sending but not received
Hello,
I've been using my webmail for about 2 years now and it's been fine the majority of the time.
The issue I have been dealing with is affecting my business unfortunately because I send an email and it lets me know that it's sent but I just believe it's done the job to find out that they haven't received it.
This year alone it's happened to over 5 different emails I've e-mailed.
The emails have been an array of clients such as webmail, hotmail and gmail accounts.
The recent issue I was bouncing emails back and forward with ease but just recently the emails aren't sending so I'm unsure what can be going wrong. They are using a webmail email also but as said we have been fine the majority of the time and the past issues are ringing in the back of my mind.
If you need to know any information to help you get to understand this further, then let me know.
Thanks,
Dev.

Hello, Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this system? If not, I recommend reporting this issue to your web hosting provider so they can review /var/log/exim_mainlog to determine what's happening to the messages. If you do have root access, the following thread should help: Why didn't my email get delivered? or where did my email go? Thanks! 0 -

Hello, Could you let us know the output from /var/log/exim_mainlog for a message that's not coming through? Here's an example of a command you can use to find the output: exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
Ensure to post the output in CODE tags, remove any identifying information, and only post the output for one particular message ID. Thank you.0
