    Hello, Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this system? If not, I recommend reporting this issue to your web hosting provider so they can review /var/log/exim_mainlog to determine what's happening to the messages. If you do have root access, the following thread should help: Why didn't my email get delivered? or where did my email go? Thanks!

    @cPanelMichael hi i am also having the same issue. i can send emails from my cpanel however i am not getting any incoming emails here is my log

    Now what could be the issue. Please suggest me

    Hello, Could you let us know the output from /var/log/exim_mainlog for a message that's not coming through? Here's an example of a command you can use to find the output:
    exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Ensure to post the output in CODE tags, remove any identifying information, and only post the output for one particular message ID. Thank you.
