Hello, Is there any additional output in the error_log before or after those entries? Could you verify the version of cPanel installed on the system? Thank you. 0 -
Hi, cPanel version is 58 build 31 Here's another example from the start of the log, actual log is several hundred lines of simular output so only include a few below: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log: [2016-10-05 19:04:01 +0000] warn [autossl_check_cpstore_queue] Cpanel::Exception::IO::FileOpenError/(XID 2bpt8h) The system failed to open the file "/var/cpanel/logs/autossl/2016-08-08T01:58:01Z/json" because of an error: No such file or directory at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Exception.pm line 73. Hello @kernow, Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature and post the ticket number here so we can take update this thread with the outcome? Thank you. 0 -
support request ID: 7774649 0 -
Update. Error was caused by by an SSL request stuck in the queue. FYI the queue file is in: /var/cpanel/autossl_queue_cpanel.json 0 -
Hello @kernow, Thank you for updating us with the outcome of the support ticket. Internal case CPANEL-9234 is now open to address an issue where the AutoSSL log file expires and is removed, but the certificate request remains in the AutoSSL queue. This can lead to the error messages reported in your original post. I'll update this thread again once the resolution is published. Thank you. 0 -
Hello, To update, this is fixed in cPanel version 60.0.6: Fixed case CPANEL-9234: Act gracefully when the cPanel AutoSSL queue has a too-old entry. Thanks! 0
