How to fix mismatched access has?

Hi Guys! :D I'm trying to install spamstopshere. The installer run succesfuly, but when I'm trying to open in it WHM plugin, it say 500: Internal Server Error and when i check the log here's the result:

How do i fix this? Any help would be much appriciated! Thanks :)

  Hello, I recommend first reaching out to the developer or support contact for that application to verify if it's a known issue. If you need to reset the remote access key, you can do so via: "WHM Home " Clusters " Remote Access Key" Thank you.
