Apache issue in cPanel unable to access website from some specific ip series

Hello, am facing apache issue, I cannot access website but I tried SSH and it's works I tried FTP it's work I tried ping its's work as well but when I try to access any website which is host on my vps am getting error failed to access, website not found. and when I use vpn it's work fine I think apahe blocks the ip. I disbaled csf, cphulk & check iptables as well no ip of mine there but still same issue . kindly if any one know how to fix this issue kindly help me. Actual error on chrome "This site can"t be reached took too long to respond. Search Google for ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" Thank

  Hello :), Might be there is an issues with your local ISP. if you have disable iptables and firewall on your server then there is no issues with the server configuration. You can test your site using 3rd proxy site.
