Is AutoSSL free?

Hi, i would like to know if the SSL Certificates issued by cPanel are still free after the 90 days period ? The same things applies to the ones from LetsEncrypt. Furthermore, if i have free SSL certificates from both will they renew automatically ? Regards Armindo
