fcgi not appearing in PHP handlers

Fast cgi is not appearing on my PHP handlers list, i only have cgi, none and suPHP ? Is fcgi bundled up with cgi ? how do i know which is executed together?

  Hello, Could you verify if this system uses EasyApache 3, or EasyApache 4? Thanks!
