Failed to fetch zone file for...

Hi, i'm having a problem with advanced zone editor, it doesn't show any zone file records for neither domain. This is error message: Failed to fetch zone file for [domain name]. What i must do? Thanks in advance for your help.

  Hello, Could you let us know of any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.
