    Hello, Check to verify the following option is enabled under the "ACL Options" tab in "WHM >> Service Manager >> Exim Configuration Manager >> Basic Editor": Introduce a delay into the SMTP transaction for unknown hosts and messages detected as spam. If so, browse to the "Access Lists" tab and add their IP address to the "Trusted SMTP IP addresses" list to see if the issue persists. Thank you.
