Hi, Can I give someone access to only mail settings? Thanks a lot. Carles.

  If you are talking about restricting to mail only settings in cPanel, yes there is already a feature list called Mail Only - 'For cPanel users that can only access mail-related features, such as Email Archiving or SpamAssassin.'. You assign feature lists to a package in WHM.

  Hello, You can also simply create an email account from within cPanel (Your access level shows "website owner"), and the user will have access to the Webmail interface:
