Hello, It looks like a third-party instance of ClamAV is installed via RPM and is conflicting with the version distributed by cPanel. Here's the output from the "rpm-qa|grep clam" command on a test server:
    # rpm -qa|grep clam cpanel-clamav-0.99.2-2.cp1156.x86_64 cpanel-clamav-virusdefs-0.99.2-2.cp1156.x86_64
You can remove the "clamav-0.99.1-1.el6.x86_64" and "clamav-db-0.99.1-1.el6.x86_64" packages on your system and then reinstall the ClamAV plugin offered by cPanel via "WHM >> Manage Plugins". Thank you.
