What is the "App ID" when configuring the Facebook External Authentication?

I'm a little confused by the configuration for the Facebook External Authentication. Are we supposed to build this ourselves and provide our own App ID? Or is there already an App that we are supposed to use? (What should we put into the "App ID" and "App Secret" fields?) Thanks!

  I'm really confused. I need to become a facebook app developer in order to use the Facebook login module for cpanel?

  Every site you see that's not facebook, but has a facebook login must go thru those steps.
