Does enabling "Two-Factor Authentication" do it server-wide?

Hello, If I enable the "Two-Factor Authentication" option in the Security Center of WHM... will this enable/force two-factor authentication for EVERY SINGLE cpanel user on the entire server? In other words, can individual resellers enable/disable two-factor authentication themselves, depending on if they want it or not? Or is it "all or nothing" for the entire server as set by admin/root WHM user? Thanks.

  Hello, It enables the functionality, but doesn't automatically enable 2FA for cPanel accounts. Once it's enabled in WHM, cPanel users can then follow the instructions on the following document to enable it for their accounts: cPanel Two-Factor Authentication - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
