Can receive mail but not send

Hello, I try to send mail from my cpanel server but it wont send it out for some reason.

  What I get after a while is "Connection timed out."

  Hello, Here's the relevant section from the post linked earlier in this thread: As you can see from the above, all of them sit there simply Trying to connect. That's a big indication that a firewall (either yours or one upstream from you is blocking the connection). To test this thoroughly, you should also try to telnet to each one of the above to port 25 from another location that is not your server and not using your servers internet connection. If it works from the other location, then chances are it is your server or your data center, NOC or hosting provider that is blocking (also known as proxying) port 25.
