Is there a way to sync/cluster dns records with bind running on a Debian machine? Debian machine will not be doing any changing of records, more or less just a slave/fail over.

  Hello, There's no native support for DNS clustering through cPanel unless cPanel or cPanel DNS-Only is installed on the remote server: cPanel DNSONLY - Documentation - cPanel Documentation You could implement a custom Bind configuration that syncs zones to another server, but keep in mind it's unsupported.
