Server Doesn't Boot Up

I have just ordered a new server and i try to install vmlinuz kernel. Here are my configs. I don't know where am i doing wrong. Server doesn't boot up. Any help would be highly appreciated. Checked if kernel is in /boot:

My grub.conf default=0 timeout=5 title linux centos6_64 kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.32-642.6.1.el6.x86_64 root=/dev/root ro root (hd0,1)

    You might want to contact your provider about this for assistance.

    Hi, Have you removed the old kernel entry from grub.conf file ?. If not then you can able to boot your server on old kernel.
