Error - changePackage

Hello, I am using the API 1.0 cpanel. I can create accounts, suspend accounts, reactivate accounts and terminate accounts through my system. I can not use "changePackage" function, follows the error: O:8:"stdClass":1:{s:6:"result";a:1:{i:0;O:8:"stdClass":3:{s:6:"status";i:0;s:6:"rawout";N;s:9:"statusmsg";s:31:"Sorry, you must specify a user!";}}} The User is correct, any solution?
