Questions about cPanel API

I would like to know if cPanel API supports all the functions like registering new users, managing user ftp, accounts, emails, sites, states etc all the functionality which we see for user on cPanel portal. I would like to integrate cPanel into my existing UI instead using default one which cPanel provides. So user will actually have no access to main cPanel portal. Any reference to existing PHP library which can perform these ations would be great help. Thank you. P.S cPanel will be hosted on remote server.
