Hello, I just installed Cloudlinux 7.2 and cPanel 58 with some plugins: CSF, CageFS, ClamAV, softaculos etc on a Vmware virtual machine with 8 cores xeon E5540, 32 GB RAM. The storage is a perc 6i raid 10 with 6 x 1TB SATA3. The CL+cPanel has ~ 1 TB of disk space. At this point, there is another VM on this server, but witout any load. New account creation takes ~ 120 - 150 seconds. I connected to SSH and copied some .iso files and the transfer was quite fast, so I believe that the storage is OK. While creating new account, the top looks like this:
    top - 03:21:00 up 20 min, 1 user, load average: 0.08, 0.06, 0.10 Tasks: 211 total, 1 running, 210 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie %Cpu(s): 0.1 us, 0.0 sy, 0.0 ni, 99.9 id, 0.0 wa, 0.0 hi, 0.0 si, 0.0 st KiB Mem : 32777720 total, 28766976 free, 1032468 used, 2978276 buff/cache KiB Swap: 16515068 total, 16515068 free, 0 used. 31502536 avail Mem PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND 3323 root 20 0 186952 28484 2320 S 0.7 0.1 0:01.06 collectl-cloudl 17 root 20 0 0 0 0 S 0.3 0.0 0:01.52 rcu_sched 2966 root 20 0 165340 8640 2112 S 0.3 0.0 0:01.77 lvestats-server 6352 root 20 0 0 0 0 S 0.3 0.0 0:00.01 kworker/u16:0 6542 root 20 0 155784 2268 1516 R 0.3 0.0 0:00.17 top 1 root 20 0 189064 4188 2384 S 0.0 0.0 0:02.09 systemd 2 root 20 0 0 0 0 S 0.0 0.0 0:00.00 kthreadd 3 root 20 0 0 0 0 S 0.0 0.0 0:00.00 ksoftirqd/0 5 root 0 -20 0 0 0 S 0.0 0.0 0:00.00 kworker/0:0H 7 root rt 0 0 0 0 S 0.0 0.0 0:00.01 migration/0 8 root 20 0 0 0 0 S 0.0 0.0 0:00.00 rcu_bh 9 root 20 0 0 0 0 S 0.0 0.0 0:00.00 rcuob/0
What can I do to fix this? Thank you!

CloudLinux do not limit any resources that are in progress when account is created. Hard to say what is the core of the issue. But if other OS on same hardware are much faster then please create support ticket at https://helpdesk.cloudlinux.com/

Hello, It shouldn't take that long to create an account on the system. I recommend reviewing Troubleshooting high server loads on Linux servers and checking the disk I/O when creating the account. Note that cPanel version 60 includes performance improvements during the account creation process: We improved the account creation process performance due to more efficient handling of the BIND database. Also, we no longer use the operating system's useradd and userdel routines. You will see significantly reduced creation times for accounts.
cPanel version 60 is available in the "Current" build tier. Information on build tiers and the release process is available at: Product Versions and the Release Process - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
