Clear cPanel cache

Hi all, anyone know how to clean the caches in CPanel. I have installed a Prestashop store but I can not enter the store manager. What comment me is that Debio clean internet caches, cpanel and all who are over there. That's true?

  Hello, I believe the cache you are referring to is your browser cache. You can remove the existing cache for a website in the preferences/settings section of the browser you are using to access the website.
