Hello, WHM gives error as I am getting the following error message on top of the package creation box in WHM. (WHM > creat new account) im tired to solve problem .. Can any one help me ? thanks

  Hello, Could you post the output from /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when attempting to create an account? Ensure you post the output in CODE tags and remove instances of real domain names, usernames, or IP addresses. Thank you.

  Hello, I know it's an old post to reply but still my experience and solution might help someone. I faced the same issue while creating a new account in WHM, the error was 'a fatal error has occurred while processing this directive' and the issue was with the chattr command set to etc/mailips file. By simply removing the chattr permission with # chattr -uia etc/mailips resolved the issue.
