Where are root's SSL certs/keys stored?

Hi, As per GoDaddy's knowledge base article for generating a Certificate Signing Request, would cPanel Forum staff have a recommendation on which folder I should be in when I run the following command? Perhaps there is a proper filesystem location for ssl keys that are generated by that command? As it appears to create the CSR and Private Key in the working folder that you're in when you run it (and I'm a little concerned from a security perspective). openssl req -new -newkey rsa:2048 -nodes -keyout yourdomain.key -out yourdomain.csr

  Could this thread please be deleted, @cPanelMichael? I'd like to make a new one, more precise to my current requirement and I think this one is a bit confusing anyway and isn't really what I need now.
