Tweak Settings overrides max emails per hour

Since the recent WHM upgrade to 60.0 I've been getting sent emails rejected Domain mydomain.com has exceeded the max emails per hour (38/30 (126%)) allowed. Message discarded. The setting for this account in Account Settings, Modify Account has the hourly email set to 999. However in Tweak Settings I see Max Hourly Emails per Domain is set to 30. Which one takes precedence, and it it's Tweak Settings (which is what it seems to be), how do you set it up so that not all accounts have the same freedom to send large quantities of email. Whatever happened, this account has always sent 100s per hour at times in the past.

  Hello @jimlongo, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. The email limits assigned to individual accounts are supposed to take precedence over the global values configured in "WHM >> Tweak Settings", however a bug in cPanel version 60.0.3 results in the issue you have reported. This is fixed in cPanel version 60.0.4 with internal case CPANEL-9254: Fixed case CPANEL-9254: Ensure the global max emails limit comes last in email_send_limits. cPanel version 60.0.4 is currently available on the "Edge" build tier.   Thank you. I can confirm this is fixed in 60.0.4. Do you know when this will be promoted to "CURRENT"
