cPanel does not backup MySQL databases

Hello All, I have a strange issue in my cPanel server. When I take full backup using /scripts/pkgacct MySql databases of some accounts are not included in the backup. This also happens when automatic backups are taken. I have checked Backup Configuration and the database setting there is set to Per Account. Please help me to fix this issue. Thanks

  Hello, Are you getting any errors logs in backup process. Please check backup log and provide here so that I can check and assist you.

  Hello, Do you notice any error messages in the command line output when packaging an account? Or, do you notice any output to the backup log in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/ directory for the account when the automatic backup generates? Thank you.
