Mysql is Offline

Hi everybody!, i click in MySQL Databases and show this: ! The MySQL server is currently offline ! Mysql::initcache()failed:The mysql server is offline - Removed - Thanks!

  Hi, You have to contact to your hosting provider as you have only cPanel Access Level. If you have server root access then try to restart MySQL service.

  Hello, I also recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for help with this issue, as you won't be able to restart MySQL or determine why it's failing without root access to the system. Thank you.
