SSL/TLS Wizard - This feature is not available to your account.

I am using cPanel 60 Build 5 and CENTOS 6.8 x86_64 when trying to install an SSL from the cPanel account it says This feature is not available to your account. I own the server and have checked the WHM side of things and all seems to be normal.
