Maximum file size allowed for upload: 4.88 GB

Hello: We have a package set up with a 5Gig disk space quota. When we deploy the account and go to File Manager in cPanel, the message reads :Maximum file size allowed for upload: 4.88 GB We have "upload_max_filesize" set to 5M Shouldn't this display the maximum file upload size per file, not the full quota size? Can someone confirm this isn't a bug or maybe suggest something I should be checking in case I'm making an error here. Thanks! Sorry, should have also included: [LIST]
