Disable Email for Domain

i want to disable one domain not sending email how i achieve this feature .there is any thing that in add in php.ini file to disable this

  cPanel allows you to disable email for a whole account but not a specific domain. There is a workaround for this. How to Disable a Domain From Sending Email
