Hard Bounce reset
Hi there,
I added a new email address but it had a typo in it so when I sent a test email the server hard bounced and now, after fixing the typo, the server responds "550 previously hard-bounced'
Does this reset after a period of time (it's been about 24 hours now) or is there somewhere where I can remove the restriction? I've searched all over but no luck.

Hello, Could you verify if this is in regards to an email you sent to a remote mail server? If so, it depends on the specific policy of that remote mail server. You may need to contact their support team to report the issue if it's still happening. Thank you. 0
