To update, it looks like this was the result of traffic filtering rules on port 25 at the data center/upstream provider. Let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you.

I have the same problem and I could not solve it. Has anyone decided? I already contacted the provider to see if they are filtering port 25 and they are not. Detail that this happens with the Roundcube. Horde and Squire ship normally. If somebody decided to post, please.

Please post the output when running the following command from the cPanel server:
    telnet alt4.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 25
Also, what version of cPanel is installed on the system? You can check with a command like this:
    cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
    Thank you.

So there is no solution to this problem yet? Does Enrique Herrero continue with the problem or have you solved it? I already have a ticket open through the ti that installed the cpanel, as I saw this post I thought that Enrique Herrero could help

Hello, The original poster's issue related to filtering rules on port 25 at the data center/upstream provider. Could you update us on the outcome of the existing support ticket you have open with your provider once they respond? Thank you.

Hello, I will be happy to update if I find the problem on the provider side, but until the moment my provider says it has no lock. I would like to hear from Enrique Herrero.

Good morning Since Henrique did not respond to the topic anymore and it would help a lot, I will not make the same mistake and who knows how to help the next people; The problem was corrected exactly as the Cpanel team recommended on the ticket I opened, there was a filter for SMTP outgoing on Cisco Asa. In Google we also have records of the problem that Cisco changes the SMTP packages not allowing them to be accepted by the sender 250-XXXXXXXA - Google Search Thank you very much Cpanel team Hope it helps others!

Hello, we started receiving this error. Seems related to a recent update to 68.13 While we get firewall updated disabling DKIM record has solved the issue temporarily. Not clear for us why some connections worked correctly while others not.
