email cant login
hello
i have self-managed vps hosting
i have add one new mail in my server and it work okay, but before 4 days stop to work i cant login, with my Mail Client in my pc or from web mail. say wrong username or password.
i try to delite from my cpanel and add again but not allow me to delite show this:
Error

i have add new other email for my one of addon domains in my server and it works okay,
but this one still have problem.
i try to check with SSH " exim_mainlog", "exim_paniclog" and " maillog"
and show:
-bash: /var/log/exim_mainlog: Permission denied
-bash: /var/log/exim_paniclog: Permission denied
-bash: var/log/maillog: Permission denied
and i dont know many thinks about servers, can some one help me?

Hello, Could you let us know the output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when attempting to delete the email account that results in the error message in the cPanel UI? You can view the most recent lines in this file after attempting to delete the email account with a command such as: tail -200 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

Hello, Are you sure you attempted to delete the email account before running that command? Try using this command instead: tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
Then, attempt to delete the email account, and post only the output that appears after deleting the email account fails. Ensure to post the output in CODE tags. Thank you.0 -

If so, this is fixed with internal case CPANEL-8928 as part of cPanel version 60: Fixed case CPANEL-8928: Be able to delete email accounts that don't fully exist. cPanel version 60 is currently available in the "Release" build tier.
