Hello, Could you let us know the output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when attempting to delete the email account that results in the error message in the cPanel UI? You can view the most recent lines in this file after attempting to delete the email account with a command such as:
    tail -200 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
    Thank you.

Hello, Are you sure you attempted to delete the email account before running that command? Try using this command instead:
    tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
Then, attempt to delete the email account, and post only the output that appears after deleting the email account fails. Ensure to post the output in CODE tags. Thank you.
