Spam being sent from main account

Hi, On one of my servers the main account of a user is being used to send spam. I already changed the password of the main user but still delivery report show that the server tries to relay mails via that user. Is there a way to block the main account from sending mails? The account being used is not user@domain.com but the main account I created in whm for that user.
