Mailbox full issue
Hi,
Lately with new update, having issue with mailbox. The old version if mailbox full it's will bounce the email.
But with new update, it will hold but cpanel not checking either mailbox is already cleanup or not. When we saw queue high on exim, we check on exim log we can catch the error "Mailbox is full / Blocks limit exceeded / Inode limit exceeded" but when we check on cpanel/whm mailbox user still have space.
We suspect this is a bug. If this a bug, please fix it and provide new patch.
You can see, we have plenty space with inode free.Advice needed. Thanks.

Hello, Which OS is installed on your server ? Provide me the output for below command cat /etc/redhat-release

Hello, Could you verify if CloudLinux is installed on this system? If so, browse to "WHM >> Server Configuration >> CloudLinux LVE Manager" and verify the account isn't at it's inode limit. Documentation on inode limits with CloudLinux is available at: CloudLinux Documentation Thank you. 0
