Remove custom vhost

Hello, I changed the document root on one of our domain/account, instead of using public_html I used public_html/public. But when I access the site, it redirects to the default cgisys page of cpanel. I want to know how to remove the custom vhost created in /usr/local/apache/conf/userdata/std/2_4/user/domain/custom vhost file Thanks!

  Hello, You can access the server via SSH and manually remove the custom include file that's created. Then, rebuild the Apache configuration file via the following command:
  /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
