Emails stand still in the delivery queue
Hi,
I changed the exim configuration to Send mail from account"s dedicated IP address, now
emails stand still in the delivery queue, in Mail Queue Manager if i try force delivery, i get this log:

Hello, It looks like outgoing email from your server is relayed through your provider's relay service. Could you contact your provider and verify any additional steps required after changing the IP address used for sending email? Thank you. 0 -

Hello, It doesn't appear related to any default configuration values in cPanel, but feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature and we can take a closer look and verify if that's the case. Thank you. 0 -
Hello Michael, Yes you're right, it's not related to any configuration values in cPanel/WHM. Now, the support from GoDaddy says it is not allowed to use another IP for mail server, only the primary IP server. :(( Thank You. 0 -
Is it just the dedicated IP you got for the account or you have a VPS or dedicated server with them. If its shared hosting package with dedicated IP in that case I don't feel you might be able to do anything much. 0 -

Use 2 VPS from different vendors, Hostgator and Godaddy, Hostgator support 24/7 is very efficient, the problem is the low limit for Disk Inodes, but is negotiable, I will cancel 1 vps (guess which one) and hire a dedicated server to host all accounts, of course if it is possible to use IP to Send mail from account's dedicated IP address.0 -
Yes if its VPS or dedicated server you should be able to use dedicated IP to send emails. 0
