Import sql database from xampp to Hosting

[ASK] How to import sql database from xampp(Phpmyadmin) to Hosting(Phpmyadmin) I've made a database from xampp(phpmyadmin). now i would like to import database from xampp(phpmyadmin) into my cpanel(Phpmyadmin). i've try to do it, but there's some error.. here is the image 42641

  Create the Database first, and then import the DB into it via command line.
