  Sure, you should be able to select all from here and Deliver: WebHost Manager "Email "Mail Queue Manager

  I'm not sure I understand the question, or the previous one actually, reading it again. You're looking for a option to use push mail, not push the mail from mail queue, is that it? If yes, there is a Feature Request here you might be interested in knowing about: Support iOS's version of Push IMAP
