Where's the autossl option in the user account cPanel?
I've just enabled autossl for my account from within WHM, but am unable to find the option in the user / client panel. Where is it?

Hello PatrickVeenstra, See if the AutoSSL feature is enabled (checkmarked) within the feature plan that is assigned to the cPanel being used. WHM/Packages/Feature Manager/name of cPanels feature list 0 -
It is enabled. 0 -
Hello PatrickVeenstra, Try WHM/SSLTLS/Manage AutoSSL/Manage Users Find the account you need AutoSSL enabled for and click Enable AutoSSL This will override the feature list setting and force AutoSSL to be enabled. ADDED: AutoSSL is a system service that takes place automatically by cPanel, according to your settings. There is no actual icon that will show in a clients cPanel. 0 -
Hello, The user's feature list setting for AutoSSL is used to determine whether AutoSSL is enabled or disabled for the account. For instance, if the feature is disabled for an account, then the AutoSSL feature won't attempt to automatically generate SSL certificates for the domain names added to the account. There's no option in the cPanel UI that corresponds to this feature. It's managed by the root user via the command line, or through Web Host Manager, per the documentation at: 0 -
Thanks Michael. I ran the WHM option to generate certificates earlier, but didn't realize that it had done so for all accounts without any customer interaction required. 0
