cPanel NAT not working as expected

We are having local IP in our cpanel server and NAT is mapping 1:1 towards main IP. While we are using our own nameservers configured in the server we could see local IP being returned from dns hence we have checked with edit dns and found local ip 172.31.1.100 being used as A record as it should be meanwhile the transalation is not happening hence websites are not working. We have changed the A record manually to public IP to some domains and it started working again. Is there any permanent solution for this ?

  Hello, Could you review the /var/cpanel/cpnat on your system and verify if it's correctly mapping the private IP addresses? Thank you.
