SFTP issues

Hello and good morning all, I've a client who needs to create a SFTP user to upload certain files (csv files) everyday to a location outside the html folder on his domain. I already created the account and I'm able to connect with regular FTP but I just can't connect trying SFTP. Can someone please help me or pointing me on how can I do this? Thanks in advance!

  Hello, The following document explains how to configure your SFTP client: How to Configure Your SFTP Client - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Ensure you are logging in with the cPanel username, as virtual FTP accounts do not operate on the same service as SFTP. Thank you.

  Hi cPanelMichael, I need to setup a virtual account (not my main account) to work with SFTP as I need to give a certain user access to a folder (just a folder) outside my html where they can upload 5 files a day (csv files). So, how can I make this possible? and of course they want to use SFTP to do this. So what's the best way to do this? Thanks for your advice on this matter, Jesus
