Unable to Grant cPanel Support’s Access

I am getting the follow error when trying to grant access to cpanel support: API failure: (XID bebtcm) The temporary wheel user "get" operation failed with a "sudo" error: The system cannot create a temporary user because this server does not permit wheel users to use "sudo". How can I fix this?

  Hello, The user indicated in my support ticket 7950313 is already in the wheelgroup and this error still occurs.

  Hello, Could you confirm the entry in /etc/sudoers referenced in the document from my last response isn't commented out? Thank you.

  Well I uncommented it and clicked the Grant button, it didn't work the first time, now it does work after trying it again. Access has been granted. Thanks!
