Hello, You can find the manual migration documentation (if this wasn't the one you already reviewed) at: How to Manually Migrate Accounts to cPanel from Unsupported Control Panels - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Are you copying the passwd and shadow files over directly? If so, you may want to try creating the email accounts first, and then manually copying over the email data. Have you considered purchasing a VPS account instead of a reseller account? This would allow you to use the "Transfer Tool" option in Web Host Manager, and then you could more easily convert from a VPS to a reseller account. Thank you.

Hello, Are the unread messages in the /home/$username/mail/$domain/$email-account/new directory? If so, moving these emails from the "new" directory to the "cur" directory would define the message as delivered and prevent the download of these messages in email clients. Thanks!

Unfortunately as for my experience Transfer tool does not understand re-seller accounts on DirectAdmin. It is able to transfer the settings as separate users. Looking forward to get any assistance how it could be possible to automate the process.

Hello @Donatas, Our transfer scripts are unable to identify the resellers when copying accounts from DirectAdmin. However, you can setup resellers on the cPanel server post-migration using the options referenced on the following document: Reseller Center - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Then, use the Change Ownership of Multiple Accounts feature in WHM to update the ownership of the accounts: Change Ownership of Multiple Accounts - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Let us know if you have any questions about this process. Thanks!
