    Hello, Have you updated the shared IP address under the "Basic Config" section in "WHM >> Server Configuration >> Basic WebHost Manager Setup" option in WHM? If so, try running the following command to see if the issue persists:
    /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf

    i ahve updated the basic config, however not the rebuildhttpdconf script, will give that a try
