Exim Configuration Manager not loading

Dear after upgrading my server from easyapache3 to easyapache4 on Cloudlinux server now face same issue here we email section 1- Exim Configuration Manager at my whm not loading only blank page appear with out any error massage 2- all email account list at my cpanel >webmail not shows 3- email not load in horde but all email shows in roundcube 4- can't send email to live or hotmail shows following error Action: failed Final-Recipient: rfc822;someusr@live.com Status: 5.0.0 Remote-MTA: dns; mx4.hotmail.com Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 SC-001 (BAY004-MC6F33) Unfortunately, messages from

  Hello, Try running the following command to force a cPanel update:
  /scripts/upcp --force
  If this doesn't help, review /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when accessing "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager" and let us know of any specific output. Thank you.

  dear thanks for your replay i do it as well as you told updating has been fully success full after that i rebooted the server but still the Exim Configuration Manager not loading one thing more interesting that i put update commend again and server again success fully update ! its very surprising any time ( what ever i try from cpanel > update cpanel or from given above commend /scripts/upcp --force ) server going to update and download new update and shows success updat ! in error log also show following massages

  thanks again i done all that as well as mentioned there and after reboot verify it the result was same as well -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 10240 Nov 19 09:30 /aquota.user also checked the cashquta the result was as well as given below disablequotacache=0 but still the exim issue same as well as it was also i again update the cpanel after success update reboot it but the update issue also was same as it was now other error come out for few second the following error cam and cpanel not open after the refresh the cpanel loading [2016-11-19 09:40:46 +0500] info [gather-update-logs] Failed to send data to cPanel
