EasyApache3 fails immediately

When trying to do a rebuild, EasyApache 3 immediately fails on the pre-checks. I have this issue on the 2 servers I tested it on. I opened a ticket (7993249) but was wondering if others are having the same problem? Using EasyApache 3.34.8:
If the browser window is closed or stopped the build will continue in the background. The build output should start shortly... ... Distilled successfully !! Executing custom hook '/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/preeasyapache' !! Backing up COMODO WAF mod_security configuration cp: cannot stat `/etc/apache2/conf.d/modsec2.conf': No such file or directory !! Done executing '/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/preeasyapache' !! !! '/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/preeasyapache 3.34.8 9999 ' failed with exit code '256' !!
I don't have a folder /etc/apache2 :)

  Just fixed it LOL... turns out to be a minor problem in the Comodo WAF client. For anyone else having this problem, go into the folder: /var/cpanel/cwaf/scripts/EasyApache And remove the line referencing in "/etc/apache2" in the pre and post file.
